Apresiasi Kinerja Kesatuan, Kapolresta Palangka Raya Beri Penghargaan bagi Personel Berprestasi
Polresta Palangka Raya – Setiap memasuki awal bulan, pemberian penghargaan bagi personel berprestasi secara rutin dilakukan oleh Kapolresta Palangka Raya, Polda Kalteng, Kombes Pol. Dr. Boy Herlambang, S.I.K., M.Si. sebagai bentuk apresiasi terhadap kinerja kesatuannya.
Penyerahan penghargaan dilakukan saat apel pagi di Mapolresta Palangka Raya, Jalan Tjilik Riwut Km. 3,5, Kota Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah, yang dihadiri oleh Wakapolresta beserta para Pejabat Utama (PJU), Kapolsek jajaran, Perwira dan personel, Senin (9/12/2024) pagi.
Kapolresta bersama Wakapolresta dan para PJU pun menyerahkan secara langsung penghargaan beserta hadiah kepada empat orang personel berprestasi dari kesatuan dan polsek jajarannya, yang dinilai berdasarkan kualitas kinerja dan dedikasi saat melaksanakan tugas.
“Penghargaan kami berikan kepada empat personel berprestasi berdasarkan penilaian di Bulan November, yakni aspek internal kedinasan kepada Bripka Puji Santoso sebagai Bhabinkamtibmas Terbaik dan Aiptu Ari Santoso selaku personel terbaik,” ungkap Kapolresta.
“Kemudian kepada Bripka Edi Suryono yang telah berhasil menggagalkan upaya peredaran narkotika diduga jenis sabu seberat mencapai 1 Kilogram di wilkum Polresta Palangka Raya, serta Ipda Noto Sulistiyo sebagai personel yang berulang tahun di Bulan Desember,” lanjunya.
Kombes Pol. Boy Herlambang pun menyampaikan ucapan selamat dan terima kasih atas dedikasi yang telah diberikan oleh para personel tersebut, serta mengajak seluruh personel kesatuan dan jajarannya agar dapat terpacu untuk turut berprestasi bagi institusi Polri.
“Sudah sepatutnya personel yang berprestasi untuk menerima apresiasi dan penghargaan, semoga hal ini dapat menjadi pemicu bagi rekan-rekan sekalian untuk terus memberikan yang terbaik bagi institusi maupun kepada bangsa, negara dan masyarakat,” pungkasnya. (4n5)
