Ditlantas Polda Kalteng Fasilitasi Pengurusan SKUKP Masyarakat
Palangka Raya – Ditlantas Polda Kalteng berikan pelayanan kepengurusan Surat Keterangan Uji Keterampilan Pengemudi (SKUKP) kepada masyarakat yang akan meningkatkan golongan SIM nya. Pelayanan dilaksanakan di Gedung Pelayanan Ditlantas Polda Kalteng, Kamis (25/4/2024) pagi.
Direktur Lalu Lintas Polda Kalteng Kombes Pol R.S. Handoyo, S.I.K., M.Si melalui Kasi SIM Ditlantas Kompol Maasye Deebby Joulla Kani, S.Sos. mengatakan uji simulator kendaraan ini dilaksanakan sebagai tanda bukti legimitasi kompetensi bagi seseorang yang sudah lulus uji reaksi, pertimbangan perkiraan, antisipasi, sikap mengemudi dan konsentrasi yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai syarat penerbitan SIM Roda 4 atau lebih.
“Sebagaimana kewajiban mengenai kepemilikan SIM ini diatur dalam pasal 77 ayat (1) nomor 22 tahun 2009. Dalam ayat tersebut dijelaskan setiap orang yang mengemudikan kendaraan bermotor wajib memiliki SIM sesuai dengan jenis kendaraan bermotor yang dikemudikan” ungkap Ampi
Adapun salah satu persyaratan untuk pemohon SIM A Umum, B1, B2, B1 Umum dan B2 Umum baik baru maupun perpanjangan harus menyertakan sertifikat dari klinik pengemudi “klipeng” atau biasa yang disebut dengan SKUKP.
“Untuk mendapatkan klipeng dari kepolisian ini, pemohon SIM harus melewati uji simulator terlebih dahulu. Selain itu juga melengkapi kelengkapan administrasi seperti fotocopy ktp, sim asli bagi yang perpanjangan, surat keterangan dokter dan surat hasil tes psikologi” jelasnya
Yang mana Uji simulator tidak jauh berbeda dengan praktik dilapangan, menyangkut kestabilan kondisi fisik maupun mental. Berkenaan dengan peningkatan golongan SIM dapat dilakukan setelah satu tahun masa tenggang kepemilikan SIM.
“Silahkan bagi masyarakat yang ingin melakukan kepengurusan SKUKP ataupun perpanjangan SIM bisa langsung datang ke kantor pelayanan Ditlantas Polda Kalteng, kami siap berikan pelayanan terbaik” tutupnya (4n5)
