Palangka Raya – Dalam rangka Operasi Keselamatan Telabang 2025, Satuan Lalu Lintas (Satlantas) Polresta Palangka Raya menggelar ramp check, pemeriksaan kesehatan (rikkes), dan tes urine bagi sopir angkutan umum di Terminal WA Gara, Rabu (12/2/2025) sore.
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan kondisi kendaraan dan kesehatan para pengemudi dalam keadaan prima guna meningkatkan keselamatan berlalu lintas serta mencegah potensi kecelakaan di jalan raya.
Kasatlantas Polresta Palangka Raya, AKP Egidio Sumilat, menjelaskan bahwa langkah ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk pengawasan terhadap angkutan umum agar masyarakat merasa aman dan nyaman selama perjalanan.
“Melalui ramp check, rikkes, dan tes urine ini, kami ingin memastikan bahwa kendaraan dalam kondisi layak jalan dan para sopir dalam keadaan sehat serta bebas dari pengaruh zat berbahaya,” ungkapnya mewakili Kapolresta Palangka Raya, Kombes Pol. Dedy Supriadi, S.I.K., M.H.
Selain pemeriksaan kendaraan dan kesehatan, petugas juga memberikan imbauan kepada para pengemudi agar selalu mematuhi peraturan lalu lintas demi keselamatan bersama. (4n5)
