Polri Tangkap 2 Tersangka Mafia Akses Judi Online yang Kabur ke Luar Negeri
Jakarta – Polri telah menangkap dua orang tersangka baru pada kasus mafia akses judi online (judol) yang melibatkan pegawai Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Komdigi) yang kabur ke luar negeri. Dua orang tersebut nantinya akan dibawa melalui Bandara Soekarno Hatta malam ini.
“Polri telah berhasil menangkap dua pelaku lainnya yang terlibat dalam kasus perjudian online di Komdigi,” kata Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi, Minggu (10/11/2024).
Ade Ary menambahkan, bahwa Tim nantinya akan dijemput pada pukul 19.00 WIB di terminal internasional 2F.
Sementara itu, Dirkrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Wira Satya Triputra mengatakan dua orang tersangka tersebut berinisial MN dan DM. Keduanya memiliki peran yang berbeda.
“Peran MN bertugas untuk menyetorkan list web dan uang. Sedangkan DM menampung uang hasil kejahatan,” ujar Wira Satya.
Sampai dengan saat ini, sebanyak 15 orang sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus tersebut. 11 orang di antaranya merupakan pegawai Komdigi.
Dari daftar tersangka tersebut termasuk tiga tersangka utama yakni AK, AJ dan A bertugas dalam mengendalikan kantor satelit di Kota Bekasi. Polri juga sudah menetapkan dua orang DPO, yakni A dan M.
Tersangka AK sendiri diduga memiliki peranan yang penting. Dia diduga tak lolos sebagai pegawai Komdigi, namun dapat membuka dan menutup blokir situs judi.
Para tersangka diduga telah mendapatkan setoran uang dari setiap situs judi online yang dibiarkan agar tetap bisa diakses. Menteri Komunikasi dan Digital (Menkomdigi) Meutya Viada Hafid menegaskan bahwa pihaknya mendukung penuh Polri dalam mengusut tuntas kasus ini. (4n5)
